It is with great sadness and acceptance of God’s will that we announce the death of Mr. Daniel Matheka Muatine on 08/08/2019 formerly of Nairobi West Service Petrol Station and Maendeleo Transport Services.

Son of the late Mr. & Mrs. Daudi Muatine. Son-in-law of Mr. & Mrs. Stephen Muasya. Husband of Janet Matheka. Father of Yvonne Matheka of Trident Aviation, Catherine Matheka of Barclays Bank, Fridah Matheka of Bakes & Bites and Winnie Matheka of Karoti Girls High Sch. Grandfather of George Kilomo. Brother of Alice Kalute, Rose Muatine of USA, the late Benson Mutuku, Lydia Kilonzo, the late Japheth Mutua and Esther Kimathi. Brother-in-law of David, Josephine, Peter, the late James, Joyce, the late Winnie, Muange, Nduva, Peter and Musau. Uncle of Nduku, Newton, David, Caroline, Nelly, Norah, Rosanne among others. Cousin of many.

21st Young Welfare Association are meeting at Goodwill Restaurant, friends and relatives are meeting at his home.

A fundraising will be held at All Saints Cathedral on 21/08/2019 to cater for funeral expenses.

The cortege leaves KU Funeral Home on 23rd August 2019 for burial & funeral service on the same day at his home in Kunikila village, Mbiuni location, Machakos county.
