Many are the days that we speak so fondly of you, sweet memories of your warmth, kindness and ambition bringing sparkle to our eyes.

You taught us to celebrate life in every way possible. As you lie peacefully, we know that God took you through His will.

You are fondly remembered by your loving wife Mary, your parents Charles and Ruth, your sister Makena, brother Davis, family, friends and colleagues.

We hold you forever in our hearts. Rest in peace, till we meet again.
