It is with deep sorrow and humble acceptance of God’s will that we announce the passing on of Dr. Henry Kiprop Kemei, an Anaesthetist at Moi Teaching and Referral Hospital, Eldoret on 14th November 2025.
He was son of Patrice Kipkemei Chepkwony and Mary Chepkwony and Lilian Chepkwony of Kapchelingil – Kapkeen.
Beloved husband of the late Evaline Jebitok Kemei and Ann Chepkembot Kemei. Devoted father of Halley Kipruto and Laura Chebet (Melbourne, Australia). Lorraine Cherono and Laurent Kiplimo (Gulab Lochab Academy).
Brother of Nicholas, Isaiah. Charity, Caroline, Pamellah, Daniel, Daisy (UK), Cynthia, Ian and Elton Cousin, Uncle, In-law and friend to many.
Friends and relatives are meeting daily at his home, Marriot and Kimilili Ziwa Kosyin Soy Sub County for burial arrangements.
Fundraiser will be held today 26th November 2025 at his Beta Lane, Marriott home and Kimilili – Soy.
The cortege leaves Moi Teaching and Referral Hospital Mortuary on Friday 28th November 2025 for prayers at AIC Malel, Langas there after night vigil at his home. Burial will take place on Saturday 29th November 2025 from 9.00am at his home in plot one Kipsombe, Sinendet, Uasin Gishu County.
