It is with deep sadness and humble acceptance of God’s will that we announce the passing of Dr. John Kioko Musingi of lutamboo Village, Kithyoko Sub-location, Masinga sub-county on 25th November 2025 at the M.P Shah Hospital after a short illness.
He was the beloved son of the late Musingi lvivya and the late Grace Musingi.
He was the devoted spouse of Jane Ndinda Mutiso, and a loving father of Arch. Sammy Mutinda Kioko and father in-law of Sheila Makena Mutinda. His presence in their lives was a source of unwavering love, guidance, and strength.
Dr. John Musingi was a brother of Joice Kimolo, Robert Musingi, Joseph Musingi, Rose Kitonyi, Mary Mutuku, Jane Nduli, and Martin Musingi.
He was a son-in-law of the late Eliud Mutiso and the late Florence Mwikali. He was a brother in-law of Kimolo, Ruth, the late Beatrice, the late Rosalia, Benard Kitonyi, Mutuku, Anthony Nduli, Magret, the late Henry, Peter, Haidah, Isaac among others. Other in-laws are Dr Muriithi Gatumo and Dr Susan Muriithi of Chuka.
He was a loving uncle of the late Benson Mull, Miriam, Gladys, Irene,Wanza,the late Miriam, Mbinya, Ngina Mary, Caroline, Gloria,Tony Musingi, Muthui, Mulinge, Francis, oseph Kimolo, Pascaline, Benedict, Benjamin, Caroline Kitonyi, late Yvonne, Esther, Mathew, Musingi among others.
There will be a fund drive on Wednesday 3rd December 2025 from 5:00pm at All Saints Cathedral, Nairobi.
The Burial Service will be held on Friday, 5th December 2025, at his home in Kavenge, Kithyoko starting from 10:30 a.m.
