It is with humble acceptance of God’s will that we announce the untimely demise of Dr. Phyllis Njeri Muigai — Consultant Psychiatrist BSc (Canada), M.D. (UK), Mmed (Psych), MBA, Clinical Psychologist (Ministry of Health – Kiambu County), founder MEDIVA Wellness Centre and Oasis Nairobi Doctors Plaza.
Daughter of the late Luke Muigai and Mrs Lillian Wangari Muigai (The Luke Hotel, Roasters Inn, Nairobi, and Cravers Inn, Thika).
Sister of Allan Mwangi Muigai and George Kihia Muigai. Loving Aunt to Luke and Lillian.
Family and friends will be meeting for prayers on Tuesday 18th and Wednesday 19th April 2017 from 6pm at their family home in Ridgeways Springs, Kiambu Road.
The cortege will leave Lee Funeral Home at 8am on Monday 24th April 2017 for a funeral service at the Ndunyu Chege Polytechnic grounds (Gatanga) from 10am, and thereafter burial at the family home.

Njeri, I am saddened by your sudden demise. It is only the other day I wrote you an email in an effort to reconnect after such a long time having returned to the country. You never replied… Then I open today’s paper and there you are. I am feeling so much pain although I did not get to know you for long, you are a friend I came to treasure.

I didn’t get to know her, but I used to see this majestic, elegant talk black beauty walking into church and always thought she was a model.
She was beauty with brains.
