The call came too suddenly to bid goodbye,

But the sweet and loving memories of you will never die.

Close to our hearts, you will always stay,

Loved and remembered every day.

 It has been a year, Dad, since you left us to be with our God, yet to us, it feels like yesterday.

We thank God for the years He gave us to be with you.

Your loving and caring nature remains an inspiration to us as a family, and the legacy of your generosity and values guides us every day.

We have many fond memories, Dad; you will always remain with us in our hearts.

Dad, you are greatly missed by your loving wife, children, and grandchildren, your brothers and sisters, relatives, friends, colleagues/workmates, and the many others you touched in one way or another.

As a family, we take this opportunity to give thanks to the organising committee members from Nairobi and Gianchore (Kisii), all the friends and family who stood with us during the sad days.
