It is with humble acceptance of God’s will that we announce the passing on of Esther Toroitich Rotich that occurred on 19th July, 2025.

Daughter of the late Mzee Luka Kamar, the late Kogo Toiyol Kamar and Kogo Kimoi Kamar. Daughter in-law of Kugo William Chelulei and the late Kogo Eunice Chelulei.

Loving wife of Daniel Kiptarus Mase Rotich. Mother of Cyndi Jebet, Rita Jepkorir, Angela Jepchirchir, Ken Kiptoo and Bob Kipkoech. Mother-in-law of Duncan Bett and loving Grandmother of Hope Eva.

Sister of Mary Kiboss, the late Dr. Kamar, Joseph Kamar, Lily Seronei, Ruth Kolil, Prof. Kamar, Kibet Kamar (KK), Susan Mibei, Charles, Elizabeth, Nerisa, and the late Chris among others.

Sister-in-law of Esther Atino, Elizabeth Chebii, Grace Musyimi, the late Sarah Jeptum, Lucas Rotich and Rose Rotich.

A fundraising will be held on Thursday 24th July. 2025 at Professional Centre, Nairobi at 5:00PM.

The requiem Mass will be held on Friday 25th July, 2025 at 2 00pm at St. Michael Catholic Church, Langata.

The burial ceremony will take place on Tuesday 29th July, 2025 at home in Tachasis Village, Flax, Kaptagat, Elgeyo-Marakwet county.
