Faith Nditi Sumaili – David

With great sorrow and humble acceptance of God’s will, we announce the demise of Faith Nditi Sumaili of Agriculture and Food Authority, which occurred on Saturday 25th October 2025 while undergoing emergency care at Aga Khan Hospital in Nairobi.

She is survived by her husband Eng. David Kaviti.

Daughter of the late Teresia Muuwe and the late Sumaili Nthusa and stepdaughter of Wayua and Kanini Sumaili. Sister of Esther & Alfred David Sumaili (OAG), Damaris & Isaac Sumaili, Rose & Julius Sumaili, Pascalia & Francis Mumodudith Mukei, Mutindi & Morris Munguti, Ruth & Joseph Kioko, Pamela & Alfred Mutua, Faith Mwikali, Alex Sumaili (Kahawa Barracks), Hellen Kalee, and Amos Kitonyo.

Daughter in law of the late Joyce Musangi and the late Kaviti Mutiso and niece of Bernard Kavila Munywoki among others. Sister in-Law of Mwende & Amos Kaviti, Jane Kaviti, Mwende Muinde, Pauline Jeremiah, Sylvia & Ira Mutisya Kaviti (Jambojet), Monicah Muthwii and Rachael Kyalo.

Aunt of Mwongela David, Kioko Isaac, Wanibua. LSumaili, Kennedy Munyoki, Joyce Musangi among others. Niece, cousin, and aunt to many from Mbalatya and Mwovi Families.

The cortege will leave Montezuma funeral home in Machakos on Friday 31st October at 7.00am for burial at her home in Kyambusya village, Kathome, Kitui Rural Sub-county, Kitui County.
