Farida Wanjiku Njuguna

It is with great sorrow that we announce the death of Farida Wanjiku Njuguna, which occurred on Friday 7th September 2018.

She was born in 1958, at Kiamwangi Village, Gatundu District, Kiambu County. Daughter of the late Samuel Mwaura Iburu and Ruth Wambui Mwaura. She was born 4th in a family of eight; they are Anne Wanjiku Muriithi, the late Stephen Muiruri, Amos Ng’ang’a, Beth Maiga Kariuki, the late Peter Gachogu and Jane Wanjiru. Beloved wife of James Njuguna Ngugi, (Msambweni Electrical Nyamakima). Mother of Rahma Wambui Njuguna. Grandmother of Malik Njuguna and Nungari.

Family and friends are meeting daily at her residence, Mutitu Village (Kariti) and at Millennium 2000 Hotel-Nyamakima.

The cortege leaves Kenyatta University Funeral Home on 15th September 2018 at 8:00am. Burial to take place at Mutitu Village (Karitii) Muruka Location, Kandara Division, Maragwa District, Murang’a County.
