We announce the passing of our loved one Francis Ngariuku Waithaka, who departed on Thursday, 5 December 2025. Until his demise he was the Secretary General of Kenya Civil Servants Welfare Association.
He was the son of the late Gichora wa Gaitho and Wanibui wa Gichora. He was a sibling of the late Francis Wakibia, the late Nancy Muthoni Machaki, the late Miriam Nguhi Gitereni, Wanjiru Gaitho (Wa Amboni), the late Simon Ndung’u Gathuo, and the late Titus Karanja.
He was a beloved father of Judy, Lorraine, Jackie, Anthony, Jacinta, Albert, Lillian, Gathoni, Harisson, Michael, Nick, Lucy, Florence, Shem and Joan.
He was a cherished grandfather of Ryan, Prince, Griffin, Claire, Ruth, Ronnie,Tiffany, Khloe, Giana, Israel, Gabriel, Giovanni, Zoe, Toria, Annabelle, Amelia, Shanice, Shirleen, Ethan, Ruth, Kelsie and Clarisse.
He will be laid to rest on Wednesday, 10 December 2025, at his home in Kanyariri, Mbere North, Embu County.
