It is with profound sorrow that I hereby notify the House and the entire Parliamentary fraternity of the untimely demise of Nominated Member, the late Hon. Denar Joseph Hamisi, MP who passed on today, Saturday, 6th December 2025 at about 7:00am.
The late Hon. Denar was nominated to the National Assembly following the 2022 General Elections under the Amani National Congress (ANC) Party. Until his untimely demise, the late Hon. Denar served the National Assembly with diligence and commitment as a Member of the Departmental Committee on Sports & Culture and the Select Committee on National Cohesion & Equal Opportunities.
