John Kariuki Karago (Wa Karago)

It is with humble acceptance of God’s will that we announce the death of retired Mwalimu and KNUT officer John Kariuki Karago formerly of Dundori and Currently of Pipeline Road, Kiserian,Tepes Centre which occurred on 22/07/17.
Son of the late Patrick Karago Ndego and Beatrice Wanjiku Ndego. Loving Husband of Ruth Watoro Kariuki. Brother of the late Joseph Ndego, the late Solomon Kihara, the late Grace Wangaru, the late Michael Gathu. Loving father of Beatrice Wanjiku, Esther Mweru, Ann Wambui, Fredrick Mwaura, Abigael Nyangega, Eunice Wamaitha and Grace Njoki. Father-in-law of the late Peter M. Kuria, Stanley Kigera Thuo (Safeway Hypermarkets), Simon W. Ngare (Karatina University), Priscilla Muthoni Mwaura and Christian Bellet. Grandfather of Brian &Tabitha,Thuo & Lucy,Amanda, Kathleen,Andrienne, Dwaynne, Stacey, Teddy, Ronnie, Kiki, Mbugua, Nate and Fabbie. Great grandfather of Ciku, Muthoni and Abram.
Family and friends are meeting at All Saints Cathedral and at home in Kiserian at 6.00p.m daily. The cortege leaves Monalisa Montezuma on Friday 28/07/17 at 9.00a.m for funeral service and burial at his home in Kiserian.
It’s God who gave us John and it’s God who took him. May His name be glorified.
It feels like a dream and somebody should wake me up, because I don’t want it to be true. I hurt so much to know that you are gone, yet feel blessed that you are in God’s hands. I miss you so much Dad. If only I could have one more day….
