John Ochola Orwa

It is with deep sorrow, but acceptance of God’s will that we announce the death of John Ochola Orwa (formerly of CBA) that happened on 07/07/2019 at the Kenyatta National Hospital.

Son of the late Mzee Ezekiel Orwa and Mama Margaret Ajwang. In-law of Jabez Ayiera, Joyce Kerubo, Patricia Wauye and the late Philip Wauye. Husband of Florence Ochola (formerly of KIE). Father to Tina Ochola, Eddie. K. Ochola, Timothy A. Ochola, Brenda Ochola and Timothy O. Ochola. Grandfather of Alvez, Trina, Naima and Zarya. Father-in-law of Nick Arunga, Princess Tabitha, Jackie Abondo. Uncle of Cynthia, Geoffrey, James, Allan, Michelle, Hellen and Austin. Brother of Grace and the late Timothy, the late Noah, the late Samuel and the late Peninah.

Brother-in-law of Milkah Oyieke,Risper Awino. Nephew of Thomas Oyieke, Joel Oyieke, the late Moses Oswago, Rhoda Orengo, Anne Obondo and the late Sarah Ogembo. Cousin of Samuel Oswago, Dr. Josiah Oyieke, Joseph Oyieke, Dan Ong’ado, Dorothy Akinyi, Mary Oyieke, Cathy Oyieke, Laura Oyieke. Grandson of the late Mama Juliah Oyieke and the late Mzee Samuel Oyieke. A friend to many.

The memorial service will be held at CITAM Parklands on 16/07/2019 at 10.00am.

Daily meetings are held at his home in Savannah Estate Phase I.

Burial will be on Thursday 18th July at his home in Kanyada Katuma, Ogoe village- Homa-bay County.
