Lucy Muthoni Njoroge

It is with deep sorrow and acceptance of God’s will that we announce the passing on of Lucy Muthoni Njoroge of Milimani, Ahero, Bahati, Nakuru which occurred on 9th July, 2019 at Mediheal Hospital, Nakuru.

Wife of Peter Njoroge Githunguri (Milimani, Ahero, Nakuru) working with Department of Agriculture, Livestock and Fisheries, Nakuru County. Daughter of the late Mr. John Mbuthia Muriu and Mrs. Mary Wambui Mbuthia formerly of Kangui village in Nyandarua County.

Mother of Victor Cedric Nganga (Maseno Boys High School) and Cindy Violet Wangari (St. Anthony School), Heshima. Step-mother of Victor Ng’ang’a Njoroge (St. Mary Hospital, Kiambu) and Cynthia Wangari Njoroge (KMTC, Gatundu). Sister of Ann Njeri Gichuhi, Paul Mungai Mbuthia, Geoffrey Gitau, Mwalimu James Mbugua Mbuthia, the late David Waweru, Joseph Muchiri and, the late Simon Njoroge Mbuthia, Sammy Ndungu and Susan Wangari Mrabu.

Sister-in-law of the late Winnie Wanjiru, the late David Ngigie, Mercy Mumbi, Susan Mboo, the late Steve Waweru and John Kahuhu Githunguri, Felistus Ngigie, Mary Wangari Kahuhu,Amy Waweru. Daughter-in-law of the Mr & Mrs George and _ Violet Githunguri of Githiga village, Ikinu Githunguri, Kiambu County.

The cortege leaves PNN Funeral Home, Nakuru at 9.00am on 16/07/2019 for the funeral service at Rehema PCEA Church starting at 10.00am, thereafter she will be laid to rest at her home in Milimani, Ahero, along Nakuru – Nyahururu Highway, Bahati Sub-county, Nakuru County.
