It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Mr. Johnson Ngarariga Kagagi on 30′ December 2025. He hailed from Magutu Location, Gaikuyu Sub-location, Nyeri County.
Beloved husband of the late Edith Wangari Kagagi, and son of the late Josiah Murigu Ngarariga and Edith Wamuyu Ngarariga.
Loving father of Dr. Dan Kagagi and John Kagagi, father-in-law of Roselyne Kagagi and Dr. Jane Marine. Cherished grandfather of Fidel Owuor, Kayla Kagagi and Jade Wangari Kagagi.
He was brother of the late Joseph Murigu, Njoki Muchiri, Beatrice Murage, the late Joseph Ndoria, and the late Simon Peter Ngarariga.
Son-in-law of the late Amos Gathuku Kamanja and the late Phoebe Nyawira Gathuku. Brother-in-law of the late Lady Justice Joyce Khaminwa, Dr. John Khaminwa, the late Martha Gathuku, the late James Gathuku, the late Penina Gathuku, Robert Gathuku, Rose Gathuku, the late Geoffrey & Joyce Gathuku, and Joseph & Nancy Gathuku, Charity Ndoria, the late Jeffrey Ngatia and Joseph Muchiri.
The cortege leaves Tumutumu Hospital, Karatina on Saturday, 10th January 2026 at 9:00 a.m. for burial at the family home in Gaikuyu. This _will be followed by a memorial talk hosted live on YouTube at 11:30 a.m.
