It is with deep sorrow and humble acceptance of God’s will that we announce the passing of Joseph Wathika Kamau.

Beloved son of the late Kamau Wathika and Ruth Njeri Kamau.

Loving husband of the late Lucy Wanjeri Wathika and Serah Murugi Wathika. Cherished father of Fredrick Kamau, Nancy Njeri,Winnie Wanini, and Catherine Njeri. Father-in-law of Geoffrey Mukundi, Marvin Macharia and Lucy Mumbi.

Brother of the late Kuria, John Muiruri, Wangui, Mukami, the late Kagunyi, Muthoni, Ngaruiya, Maina, and Njoroge.

Grandfather of Joseph, David, John, Ariana, Angeline, Cindy, the late Claire, Austin and Sonia.

Family and friends are meeting daily at his home in Kariobangi Village, Kamburu, from 4:00 p.m. for prayers and funeral arrangements.

The cortege will leave Mukoe Funeral Home, Githunguri, on Friday, 27th June 2025, at 9:00 a.m, followed by a funeral mass and burial at his home in Kariobangi Village, Kamburu Sub-location, Lari Constituency.
