Josephat Muinde Maweu

It is with humble acceptance of God’s wilt that we announce the passing on of lawyer Josephat Muinde Maweu, Partner Lloyd & Partners Advocates LLP – Westlands, Nairobi.

Son of the late Joseph and Josephine Maweu. Beloved brother of Stephen Muindi and the late Ken Ngutui. Grandson of Mr. Peter Mulandi and late Mrs. Josephine Mulandi, Mrs. Alice Kwinga and late Joseph Kwinga. Nephew of Mr. & Mrs. Ngumbau Muthiani, Mr. & Mrs. Francis Mulandi, Mr. & Mrs. Muteti Mulandi, Prof. K.W. Wamitila and Dr. Florence Kyallo, Mr. & Mrs. Bruno Muriungi, Rev. Jackson Kithyaka and Mrs. Margaret Muinde, Mr & Mrs. David Kiveli, Penninah Muthiani & Fridah Muthiani. Cousin of Nyamaidunior, Kyalle, Eva, Denis, Marie, Kelvin, Lilian, Gatwiri among others. Special friend of Lesley Rasugu.

Relatives and friends are meeting daily at Holy Family Basilica, Cardinal Otunga Annex, Rm Sts Perpetua & Felicitus, 7th Floor from 5.00 to 8.00pm for funeral arrangements.

There will be a fundraising on Thursday 21st November 2019 at 5pm at the same venue.

The funeral service will be at Citam Valley Rd on Tuesday 26th Nov. 2019 from 11.00am to 1.00pm.

The Cortege will leave Coptic Hospital on Wednesday 27th Nov. 2019 and burial ceremony will be held same day at Marwa Village, Malili Division, Mukaa Sub–County, Makueni County.
