In humble acceptance of God’s will, we announce the sudden demise of Joyce Nyambura Kiumbuku, dear wife of Mwalimu Elijah Kiumbuku Kamau from Kanyenyaini Village, Muranga County.

Daughter of the late Isaack Chege and the late Miriam Wangechi.

Loving mother of Mercy Wanjiru (Embu), Ben Kamau (LOCUS), Mary Wangechi (KTTC) and Joshua Isaack Chege (Nairobi).

Sister of the late Simon Karanja, the late Stephen Mwangi, the late Grace Njoki, Mary Nyambura, John Kamau, Alex Waithaka, Gerald Gachahi, Marion Wangari and Nancy Mukami.

The cortege leaves Montezuma Kabati on Friday 9/1/2026, followed by a funeral service at ACK Kanyenyaini from 10.00am and final burial rites at her farm behind Kanyenyaini Shopping Centre.

Prayers and planning meetings are taking place daily at her home Kanyenyaini and Blue Springs, Thika Road, Nairobi from 6.30P m.
