Karari Wambugu Gitumbi

Born: 24th November, 1953 – Rested: 20th October, 2022

It’s with deep sorrow that the family of Karari Wambugu Gitumbi announce his passing.

He was the husband of Murugi Karari. He was father to Wangari Karari and Peter Kamande, David Karari, Muchiri Karari and Sylvia Muchiri, Nick Karari and Sally Gitumbi, Njuugu Karari and Jared Mecha. He was doting grandfather to Shirleen, Nate, Ethan, Murugi and Sarnia.

He was the son of the late Daudi Wambugu Gitumbi and the late Hannah Njuugu and Grace Gitumbi. He was brother to Susana, Wanjiku, Wanjiru, Wachira, Nyambura, Wangui, Nick, Wamuyu, Gitumbi and Muringi.

He was son-in-law to the late Regina Wangui and the late William Muchiri. He was a brother-in-law, uncle and cousin to many.

The funeral shall be held in his home in Timau on 25th October, 2022.
