Lieutenant Daniel Mutinda Nzuva

It is with deep sorrow, honor, and humble acceptance of God’s will that we announce the untimely demise of Lieutenant Daniel Mutinda Nzuva, a dedicated officer in the Kenya Air Force, which occurred on 14th June 2025 while in the line of duty.

Beloved son of Shadrack Nzuva Muusya and Gladys Rose Nduu of Kakeani Sub-Location, Kakeani Location, Mutunguni Division, Kitui West Constituency, Kitui County. Brother of Sharon Katanu and Emmanuel Kitonga.

Nephew of Rtd Wo 1 Rev. Kivata, Rtd Wo 1 Ndulu, Muthengi, Mulatya, Kilonzo,Wo2 Wala (Deftec), Ngandi, Ivia, Mulatya, Kilonzo, Musembi, Kasinga, and Kalungu (TSC).

Uncle of Alex, Ian, Esilian, among others and cousin to many.

A requiem mass was held on Tuesday, 24th June 2025, at Moi Air Base, Eastleigh – Nairobi.

Daily prayers and funeral planning meetings are ongoing at the family residences in: Makongeni Estate, Jogoo Road – Nairobi and Katoteni Village, Mwingi Division – Kitui County.

The cortege leaves efence Forces Memorial Mashujaa Funeral Home on Saturday 28th June 2025 to Kitui County for burial on the same day.
