Lilian Peyianoi Koyiet-Semugabi

It is with deep sorrow and humble acceptance of God’s will that we announce the passing of Lilian Peyianoi Koyiet-Semugabi which occurred on 9 February 2026 in Stockholm Sweden.

Daughter of the late Robinson Matayian Koyiet, the late Leah Nalangu Koyiet and Salome Koyiet.

Wife of Stanley Semugabi, mother of Harriet Ramato and Ronnie Semugabi all of Sweden.

Sister of Wilson Koyiet, Maior (Rtd) Moses Koyiet, Sally Surtan, Joan Ntayia, Richard Koyiet, Jean N’geno, Ruth Koyiet, Jacqueline Koyiet, Martin Tanin, Betty Seenoi, the late Joyce Koyiet- Ngunyi and the late Kennedy Koyiet, Florence Smyth, Charles Koyiet, Edward Koyiet, Nelson Koyiet, Paul Koyiet, Erick Koyiet, Phiona Abuga and Nick Koyiet, the late Dickson, the late Purity and the late Sheila.

Cousin of the Koyiet’s (Harrison), Nkurayias,Tiampatis, Sangiriakis, Naiia’s and Lilaus.

Sister in-law of Nereus, Jane, Dr. Rhonest, Florence, James, Ezekiel, Elizabeth, Lucy, the late Ole Surtan, the late Stephen Ngunyi. She was an aunty and grandmother to many.

We invite you to join us at CITAM Valley Road for prayer meetings and funeral arrangements at 600pm on 23rd February 2026 and 25th February 2026.

A Memorial service will be held on 27th February 2026 at 10:30a.,m in CITAM Valley Road.

She will be laid to rest on 4th March 202b in Stockholm, Sweden.

We loved you, Lilian, but God loved you more. May God’s name be glorified.
