It is with humble acceptance of God’s will that we announce the passing on of Mrs Lucyline Kanyua Nthiiri Machage (Ministry of Education, Jogoo House “B”).

Beloved wife of Elder Elijah Mong’are Machage of Supreme Court of Kenya and a loving mother of Athony. James and Samuel.

Daughter of the late John Nthiiri Muguongo and mama Silvaster Nthiiri. Daughter-in-Law of the late Meshack Machage and Mama Tabitha Kemunto.

Sister of Regina, Ken, Rita and Michael. Sister-in-law of Duncan, Getrude, Makau, Esther, the late Martha, Kamanda, Charles, Mike (USA), Moraa, Jane (USA), Yunuke, the late James, Omwoyo (Law Courts, Homabay), Gedion, Onchuru, Magoma, Hellen, Billy of (USA), the late Mobisa, Jared, Hannah, Monicah and Abuga (National Police Service, Narok).

Family and friends are meeting daily at their home in Rangau, Rongai and Riomuga Village, Nyanturago in Kisii County.

A memorial service will be held tomorrow Wednesday 4th June, 2025 as from 2.00 PM at Karengata SDA Church opposite Galleria Mall.

The cortege leaves Lee Funeral Home on 5th June, 2025. The burial ceremony will be held at Nyanturago (Nyandusi Stadium) on 6th June, 2025 and the body laid to rest at their home Riomuga Village, Nyanturago, Nyaribari Chache in Kisii County.
