We are deeply saddened to announce the passing on of Mama Agnes Nyanduko Orandi Momanyi (retired teacher) which occurred on Saturday 27th September 2025.

Daughter of the late chief Benedicto Juma Nyakegengo Mogen’ Kimaiga and the late Fridah Nyarinda. Daughter-in-law of Momanyi Nyaberi, Paulina Kunyora, and Tabitha Nyang’au.

Beloved wife of the late Jason Orandi Momanyi, co-wife of Rebecca Nyamoita Orandi (USA). Beloved mother of the late Beatrice Bosibori, Douglas Morara (KDF), Sofie Nyamusi (Geneva), Stella Kerubo Openda (USA). Step-mother of Gladys Kemuma Orandi (USA), Melodious Kerubo Machine (KCB), Jason Orandi (NRB), Joyllan Kwamboka.

Mother In-Law of Evans Nyauma (NRB),Ann Mogotu (TSC), Samuel Otieno (Geneva), Davis Openda (USA), Ronald Nyachae (USA), and Silas Ombuna (CBK).

The cortege leaves KTRH on Wednesday 8th October 2025. The burial will take place on Thursday 9th October 2025 at her home Ting’a market.
