It is with profound sadness and humble acceptance of God’s will that we announce the passing on of Mama Gladys Otinga Ondera formerly of Daystar University, on 30th May 2019.

Loving wife of Pastor Jared Ondera. Loving mother of Catherine Bwoga, Enoch Ondera and Joshua Ondera; Mother-in-law of Michael Bwoga, Consolata Moraa and Dr. Joanne Ondera. Grandmother of Kwezi, Namayian. Lydia and Yemi.

Daughter of the late Joel Mukoya and that late Mama Sellah Amayu Mukoya.

Sister of the late David Ong’ondo, the late Ruth & Lydia Mukoya, the late Naboth Mukoya Elizabeth Songa, Rispah, Winston Okiya, Kenneth Ojwang, Fredrick Otiato, Vivianne Ayoro, Readon Amuko, Sophia Aurah, Abigael Sanya, Livingstone Weche and among others. Daughter-in-law of the late Albert Alambo and the late Rosemary Alambo. Sister in law of Unitah Ong’ondo, the late James Songa , Phanuel Waka, Pastor Aggrey Ayiro, Susan Munyao Josam Ambani among others. Aunt of Ruth Nyanga, Jackson On’gondo, Victor Ong’ondo, Pamela Namwaya, Capt. Joseph Songa, Andrew Songa, Hermstrong Mukoya, Job Waka, Peter Ayiro,Abraham AyirO, Samuel Ayiro, Emmanuel Ayiro among others.

Funeral arrangements and prayers are going on every day at her family residence in Southlands, House No.187, from 6.00pm.

The funeral service will be held at Good Shepherd Church, Ngong Road on Thursday 6th June, 2019 at 2.00pm.

The burial will take place in Kitale on Saturday 8th June 2019.

A fund-raiser will be held on Tuesday 4th June, 2019 at 5.00pm at the Railway Club, Chrisco Church, Uhuru Park.
