In Loving Memory

It is with deep sorrow and humble acceptance of God’s will that we announce the passing of Mama Janet Fridah Wasonga on 16th September 2025.

She was the beloved wife of the late Rev. Dr. Paul Wasonga Hayombe; loving mother of the late Francis Hawi, Rebekah Akinyi, Noel David, and Damaris Auma; mother-in-law of Janet Adhiambo, George Onyango, Regina Wayua and Michael Akal; and grandmother to many.

Daughter of the late Garrison and Damaris Auma Owiti. Mama Janet was sister of the late Sylvia Oudo, Paul Oudia, the late Henry Owino, Margaret Atieno, Thomas Opiyo, and Mary Owiti.

Burial Service: Sat, 4 Oct at 10:00 AM at the Family home, Ugingo Village, Yimbo
