It is with humble acceptance of God’s will that we accept the promotion to glory of Mama Zipporah Chelangat Chumo of Kabugunot Village, Cheptuech location, Olenguruone, Nakuru County that occurred on 30th April 2025.

Daughter of the late Silas Koe and Late Elizabeth Koe of Kipleiji, Chesoen Ward Bomet county and stepdaughter of the late Jane Koe.

Wife of the late Johnstone Chumo and cowife of the late Jane Chumo. Mother of Judy Chepngeno (USA) Wesley Bosuben (Finlay Mombasa), Geoffrey Bosuben, Miriam Cherotich, Jairus Bosuben and the late Justus Bosuben. Stepmother of Josephat Kirul, Lilly Kosgey, the late Kenneth Kirui, Margaret Sang, Loice Cheruiyot, Abigael Cherotich and Denis Kirui.

She was sister of Mary Terer, Caleb Misoi, Aaron Misoi, Phelemon Misoi, Rae! Chepkvvony, David Misoi, the late Jacob Misoi,the late Martha Kilel, Linner Sob Joyce Korir, Benard Misoi and Esau Misoi. She was stepsister of Grace Langa.t, Rebecca Kerich, Alice Langat, Racheal Cheptanui, Amos Misoi and the late Henry Misoi.

The cortege will leave Siloam Lazarus Funeral Home on 9th May 2025 at 9.00am for overnight stay at her home and will be laid to rest on 10th May 2025.
