Margaret Wanjiku Kang’ethe

It is with humble acceptance of God’s will that we announce the passing on of Margaret Wanjiku Kangethe on Sunday 23/4/2017. She was the wife to the late Stephen Kang’ethe Murihia of Wangigi and co wife to the late Serah Wanaga Kang’ethe. She was daughter to the late Kioi Mungai and the late Wanjiru Kioi.
Mother to Kioi & Catherine, Winnie Nyakio (USA), Mungai & Florence, Fredrick murihia (USA), mburu & Nancy mburu, Mungai Boiyo & Sophie Kanana (USA), Murihia & Wagio Nyarigi, Lucy & Benson Ndungu (USA), Winnie & George Wainaina, Nancy & Oscar Ikinu and the late Michael Mbachia. Sister to Alice Wamaitha, the late Njoki Ribiro, the late Gathoni Kioi, the late Nyokabi Kioi and the late Mungai Kioi. Grandmother to Joan, Shiku & Nyakio Kioi, Matheri & Shiru Mweha, Shiku, Nyambura & kang’ethe mungai, Sarah, Ngonyo, Nyakio & Kang’ethe murihia, Shiku, Shiru & Nyakio Mburu, Sarah & naitore Boiyo, Shiku, Kangethe & Njoroge Nyarigi, Shiru, Kamau & Sarah Ndungu, Ngugi & kang’ethe Wainaina and Ikinu Wambugu. She was great grandmother to many.
Family and friends are meeting daily at the family home at Karura ka Nyungu at 3.00pm and St. Marks Church,Westland’s on Thursday 27th and Friday 28th 5.30pm.
The cortege leaves Montezuma Funeral home Monday I st may 2017, 9.00am. Thereafter funeral service and burial at her home at Karura ka Nyungu from 11.00am
