A year ago on the night of Friday 13th September 2019, the Lord came calling, and you answered that call. The Lord saw you needed rest and sent His angels to escort you through the Golden Gates to Heaven. It is well with our souls.

But beneath all our grief; on this 1st Anniversary since you left us, we still try to wear a smile at the mention of your sweet name. We miss you so so much. We miss the tenderness of your love that you showered so generously on each one of us. Your gentle and warm affection, your wisdom, kindness, guidance and generosity. We cherish all you taught us and encouraged us to be, to love one another, work hard and to be men and women of faith and integrity.

You will always remain in our thoughts and forever in our hearts.

Fondly remembered by the families of your children, the Late Lucy Wanja Hiuhu, Sammy Kimotho Snr, Wilfred Kiboro, James Gichuhi, Late Joseph Gitau, George Wamuti, Late Dominic Njoroge, Anne Waudo, Rosemary Mogeke, Peter Njuguna and Theresa Karanja, your grandchildren and great great grandchildren.
