It is with humble acceptance of God’s will that we announce the promotion to glory of MaryGorrety Aoko Ngaira on the 30th December 2025. Until her demise she was a Staff of the National Treasury, deployed at the Office of the Deputy President, Internal Audit.
Loving wife of Jonah Ngaira of Gertrude’s Children’s Hospital and daughter of Florence Akinyi Nyagilo, formerly a Nurse at Siaya General Hospital and Elias Ochieng formerly Clerks of Works at Kenyatta National Hospital.
Beloved daughter in law of Florence Moraa Ngaira and the late Seth Ngaira of Musingu, Kakamega.
She was a loving sister of Lilian Atieno a worksmith in Siaya County, Emmaculate Adhiambo-Nurse at Ambira Sub County Hospital, Aniela Juma-Teacher at Uchola Junior School, Siaya County and Edna Aluoch-Hotelier at Fred’s Ranch and Resort, lsinya.
A sister in law of Irine and Edwin Ngaira of Kakamega.Aunt of Myles Arthur Ododa and Cousin to many.
The cortege will leave Chiromo Funeral Parlour for a requiem mass at Our Lady of Guadalupe, Adams Arcade on Friday 9 January 2026 at 2:00pm, followed by an overnight stay at her home in Kantafu.
She will be laid to rest on Saturday 10th January 2026 from 10.00am at her home in Kantafu, along Kangundo road.
