Maureen Swai
5th May, 1938 — 1st December, 2022
It is with deepest sorrow that we announce the passing of our beloved Mum, Granny and Nana, Maureen Swai, on 1st December 2022 in Geneva, Switzerland.
She was the cherished wife of the late John Christopher Swai. She is so greatly missed and lovingly remembered by her children Jonathan, Deborah and Annmarie, her daughter-in-law Zoe, grandchildren Nichola, Caelen and Zahra, her immediate and extended family, her friends and all those whose lives she touched.
A memorial mass will be held at St. Austin’s Church, Lavington at 2.00pm Monday 19th December 2022.
Family and friends are welcome to share condolences and memories with the family at Msingi Bora Kindergarten, off Hillcrest Rd, Karen on Thursday 15th and Friday 16th December 2022 between 3.00pm and 6.00pm.
Her absence is like the sky, spread all over everything.

Mrs. Swai was a compassionate Boss. She truly cared about her employees. She was always willing to listen to the concern of the employees. She was understanding of certain situation that may arise.
