Maurice Joseph Arwa Ojwacka

It is with humble acceptance that we announce the passing of Maurice Joseph Olwacka Arwa, who departed on Saturday, 14th June 2025.

He was the beloved husband of Hilda Akoth, Jane Auma, Lucy Lillian, Benedetta Auma, and Jescar Atieno. A devoted father of Caroline Knight, Millicent Daisy, Edmunds Jude, Eunice Adhiambo, the late Nancy Charrnaine, Valentine Awuor, Maurine Akinyi, the late Gilbert Odida, Randy Ornolo, Louisa Ochere, Julie Adhiambo, Salvia Akinyi, Janet Anyango, Benson Jagero, the late Tryphosa Adhoch, Milton Odera, Aiin Ojwaka, Phelishia Adhiambo, Peter Arwa, Felix Odhiambo, and Lucy Anyango.

He was a cherished brother of Mary Mudhune, Jecinta Ochollah, and Jenipher Obonyo. Step-brother of the late George, Was Ocholah, Ogenda, Wenwa, Otieno, and step-sisters, the late Juma, Ouru, and Scholastica.

Father in-law of George, Joseph,Wilson, the late John William Odhiambo Oingo and the late Patrick Owiti, Eunice Ojwang, Julius Onyango, the late Eng Ochieng, Peter Achar, Pamela Odida Mercy Omollo, Collins Musungu Kwama. A loving grandfather to many.

Prayers and funeral arrangements are ongoing daily both at his home in Bondo and Nakuru.

Burial date set for 4th July 2025, at his home in Bondo Got Abiero, Aber Village
