Michael H P Achianja Magoha

It is with humble acceptance of God’s will that we announce the death of Michael H P Achianja Magoha formerly of Ministry. of Foreign & Diaspora Affairs, State Department of Diaspora Affairs.

Michael was the son of Joseph Oyile Magoha & Edwina Magoha of Ahono, Ratudi Village, East Gem.

Grandchild of late Mzee Bernard Boniface Magoha and the late Mama Joan Sara Aloo Magoha of Ahono Village and the late Mzee John Dalmas Owuor Onyango & Mama Winifred Owuor (East Yimbo Othach Village).

Michael was cherished and beloved to Nikki Apacha and a father of Mikaela Magoha.

Brother of Bernard Magoha, Dr. Sara Magoha & Winfred Magoha.

Brother-in-law of Jane Nyaga Magoha. Uncle of Numo Joseph Magoha, Joseph Oyile Korir and Augustine Vincent Muungami.

Nephew of the late William Ogola Magoha, the late Consolata Magoha, the late John Obare Magoha, Mary Owuor, the late Capt. Charles Magoha, the late Michael Magoha, the late Prof. George Magoha, the late Prof. Richard Magoha, Pauline Dola, Calisto Owuor, the late Jane Onyango, Alphonse Owuor, Mildred Opola, the late Bertha Owuor and Fabian Owuor.

He was cousin of Evelyn Ondego, the late Claire Obare, Alloys Kemo, the fate Caroline Magoha, Crystal MagoKa, Dr. Michael Magoha, Sam Dola, Andrew Owuor, the late Edgar Owuor, John Omondi, Briton Onyango,Winnie Owuor,Tania Owuor, Richard Owuor and many more dear cousins.

Burial will be on 10th January 2026 at Ahono, Ratudi Village in Gem, Yala.
