We regret to announce the death of Mzee Jackson Egesa Egang’a that occurred on 7th November 2019.

Husband of Mama Evaline Nambia Egesa. Father of Gertrude Alice Onyango (Kaimosi Technical College), Dr. Paul Egesa Egang’a (Kenya Animal Genetic Resources Centre), Ann Egesa Wanyama, Samson Omuke Egesa (Kenya Airways), Caroline Egesa, Lydia Egesa (Kenya Revenue Authority), Victor Egesa (MSK), Jedidah Egesa, Rosaya Barasa and Eugene Friday. Father-in-law of Humphrey Onyango Musumba, Keziah Malenya, Mary-Teresa Agutu, Ronald Wanyama, Laban Buluma, Robert Angulu, Isabella Mugoshi, Weldon Sigei, Winnie Kwamboka, Aisha Abubakar and Janet Akinyi.

Brother of the late Andrea Ouma Egang’a, the late Dickson Asike Egang’a, Daniel Omuke Egang’a, Grace Nekesa Ouma, the late Albert Mang’eni Egang’a and Joyce Nangira Omwanda. He was the grandfather of Mercy, Innocent, Killian, Catriona, Jentrix, Lucky, Wesley, Marcellino, Sammy, Gift, Blessing, William, Faith, Michael, Precious, Amene, Fortune, Love, David, Nakati, Aimee, Jayden, Chantal, Nolan, Rezwell and Clinton.

The cortege leaves Sega Classmates Parlour on Friday, 22nd November, for a requiem mass at St. Mathews A.C.K Nasira.

There will be a funeral mass at Nasira AC primary school on Saturday, 23rd November 2019. The burial will be at his home in Edama Village, Nasira Sub-Location, Busibwabo Location, Matayos Sub-County, Busia.
