We humbly accept the promotion to glory of Mr Philemon K Sawe, of IEBC (Nairobi) which occurred on 12/11/2025 at Nairobi Hospital after a short illness.
He was a beloved son of the late Mr. Paul Sawe Kutto and the late, Magdaline Kutto and stepson of the late Mary Ayabei Kutto of Kipkaren Selient.
Loving husband of Hellen Jemutai Sawe and a father of Enock Kosgei, Brian Kosgei, Marion Jerop and Mitchelie Jepchumba. A doting father of Felix Kipkogei.
Brother of Kipchumba Karonei, Everlyne Korir, the late David Busenei, Silah Sawe, Salina kemboi, the late Emily Samoei, the late Lilian Rugut, the late Samson Sawe, Elizabeth Korir, William Murrey and Henan Kutto,
Son In-law of the late Simion Agui and Dorcas Agui of Kapchemoiywo (Kaplamai). Brother in-law of the late Elizabeth, Hellen, Rhoda, Rose, Sally, John Birech, Sammy Birech, David Birech among others. Uncle and friend to many.
The cortege leaves Moi teaching and Referral hospital on Thursday 20/11/2025, for an overnight stay at his home Sokyot farm, Ng’enyilel Sub-Location, Chepkemel Location, Kipkaren Division, Nandi North. Funeral service and burial will take place on Friday 21/11/2025 at his residence Sokyot farm.
Relatives, colleagues and friends are meeting daily at his home Sokyot farm and IEBC office (Nairobi).
