Son of the late Alfayo Onyango Opoti, Eseresi Onyango and Risper Okochi. Husband of Palantina Oduori and Petronila Oduori. Father of the late Beatrice Opoti, Alice Ogalle, Grace Muyesu, Haggai Opoti, Robert Opoti, Dinah Ojanji, Samson Opoti, Rosemary, Emannuel, Maximilla, Praxides, Moses, Melsa, Christine, the late Hosea and Linda. Brother of the late Wilson, the late Martin, the late Benson, Arthur and Elizabeth. Son-in-law of the late Meltus Okinda, the late Veronicah Ong’unya, the late Joseph Musungu and the late Kefina. Brother-in-law of John, the late Felistas, the late Michael and the late Alloys. In-law of Rosalia, Margaret Wandera and Margaret Opoti. Grandfather of 47. Great-grandfather of 26. Uncle of 12 nephews and 12 nieces.

The cortege leaves Sega Mission Hospital Mortuary on the 7th June, 2019 at 8.00am for a church service at ACK St Luke’s Church Busende and the burial thereafter at the family home in Nambere Village.
