It is with much humility. we accept and announce the passing of Mzee Joel Kiprop Koross (Arap-Mokio), who was promoted to glory on 25th May 2025.

He was the son of the late Mr. Kipkoross Rerimoi and the late Mokio Kipkoross.

He was husband of Esther Kabon Koross.

He was brother of the late Chirchir, the late Tomei, the late Kipsorem, the late Cheptoo, the late Chepkeitany, the late Elijah Koross, and Tamurei Koross. He was brother-in-law of Hellen, Alice, Tarkok, Kobilo, Sote, Talai, Chepchieng Komen, Chepkoimett Komen and the rest.

He was father of Haron Kipseba, Marion Chepkemei, Simon Kipserian, Elly Kipngetich, Vincent Kipruto, Charles Kiplagat, Samson Chepchieng, Lilian Cherotich and Sally Chematia. Father-in-law of Leah, Isaiah, Elizabeth, Emily, Lydia, Kigen and Edward. He was grandfather to, Cheboi, Momo, Joshua, Collins, Brian, Abel, Abby, Jesse, Paul, Chichi, Maureen, Cherop, Cheruto, Chebet, Chris, Cheptoo, Chemutai, Natalie, Natasha, Chepkoech, Harmony, Armani, Jayden, Jaylen, Adrian, Ariela, Chebii, and Kiprop. He was also a father and a grandfather of many other others he had adopted, cared for and educated.

The family and relatives are meeting daily at his home in Endebess (Koitilion) Farm (Tranzoia County) for funeral arrangements.

The fundraising will be held on Wednesday 4th June, 2025 at his home in Endebess.

Funeral service will be held at his home on Saturday 7th June 2025 at 10.00am.
