Loving in Memory/Appreciation

We, the children of the late Mzee Joseph Francis Obiero Okang’ and Mama Domtila Atieno Obiero & the larger Adriano Okang’ Oyoo family of Alego Kaluo, are humbled by the kindness, dedication, care, financial & moral support, we received following Baba’s passing on October 31, 2018.

Baba it has been a year since your passing on, and your memory is still fresh in our hearts. You were a wonderful Husband, Father, Grandfather, Brother, Uncle and friend to many. We miss you greatly but we are also comforted by the fact that you are in a better place with the Lord.

As we commemorate Baba’s Anniversary we want to sincerely thank all of Baba’s Friends, Our relatives, in-laws, neighbors, friends and work colleagues both in Kenya and the Diaspora, The funeral committee in Nairobi and Alego kaluo (Nyikwa Odaho), The clergy and communities of faith. Special thanks to all Baba’s doctors Dr. Eva Njenga, Dr. Ndege and Bama Hospital doctors not forgetting Masaba Hospital Kisumu for giving Baba dignity in Death.

The family will have a memorial mass to commemorate the first anniversary on 1st Nov 2019 at his home in Alego Kaluo Siaya County.
