It is with profound sorrow and acceptance of God’s will that we announce the death of Papa Marko which occurred on 5th June 2025 by road accident.
He was the son of the late Leah Shatikha Mulanda and the late Daudi Mulanda Shinachi of the Ahasamo Clan, Kabras.
He was husband of the late Janet Apambo, the late Zipporah Ayuka, Benta Akinyi, Mary Nechesa and Consepta Namalwa.
Brothel of the late Hon Joshua Angatia (former MP Malaya), the late Meshach, Shem Shitokani, the late Hannah, the late William, Hellen Barasa and Elizabeth Chilongo.
Father of Mary Nyamisi, Benson Mukonyi, the late Anyona, Charles Muyale (formerly of Nzoia Sugar Co), Kennedy Chitala (former WHO), Grace, the late Alice, Shiyuka, Commissioner-Emeritus Suzanne Sharikha, Mulanda, Muyaka, Livisia, Murambii and Rhoda. He had 51 grandchildren and 34 great grandchildren. Marko was Forster father, uncle, in-law and benefactor of many.
Former employee of (EA) Kenya Posts & Telecommunications, former Chairman and a current Trustee of the National Samo Council, a beloved elder in Kabras.
His body will leave the mortuary on 16th June 2025 for burial on 18th June 2025 at his home in Sharnoni Village of Malaya Sub-County.
