Naman Ogembo Omuga

It is with humble acceptance of God’s will that we announce the passing of Elder Naman Ogembo Omuga, Chairman of the Kobado Community Welfare Association, while undergoing treatment at Termary Hospital.

Son of the late Isaiah Omuga and Filidah Omwanda. Brother to Ex Ass Chief Elisha Opapa, the late jemas Auma, the late John Ondiek, John Odhiambo, the late Rose Akumu, and Margaret Akinyi of Kano Kobura.

Beloved husband of the late Pamela Auma, Elsa Anyango, and Mary Adhiambo. Father to Isaiah, Kevin, Francis, Japheth, James, Daren, Sammy,Wesley, Daisy, Sharon, Ivy, Jackline, Judith, Lavender, and Maveline.

Uncle to Isaiah Opapa, Benjamin Oyugi, Hon. Kennedy Ondiek, the late Hon Boaz Odhiambo, Enosh Odhiambo, among others.

Father-in-law to Vivian Omondi, Dorothy Oyugi, Josphine Ondiek, Christine Ondiek, Jane, Night, Celestine, Lavender, among others.

The cortege leaves Gendia Mission Hospital Mortuary on Thursday, 17th July 2025. The burial will take place on Friday, 18th July 2025, at his home in Kobado Village, Homabay County.
