Mother of Rebecca Ariko (Nairobi), Herina Abok (Kusa, Nyakach), Florence Awiti Owako (Nairobi), the late Florence Atieno, Susan Opiyo (IRA, Nairobi), the late Christine Owako and George Otieno (Kapuonja North). Mother-in-law of Solomon Ariko (KAMSER), Osika, Jakob Abok (Nyakach, Kusa), the late James Agumbi, Harrison Opiyo (UN Complex) and the late Boniventure Alego. Sister of the late Deborah Guya, Lynette Olanda, Susan Raballa, Phoebe Okech, Elizabeth Ochuka, Walter Bala, Daniel Gombe (Onjiko Kochogo) and the late Thomas Omollo. Sister-in-law of Nashon Oguya (Kisumu County), Bishop Philip Osenya (AIC Nyanza Region), Judith and Mikaei Balla, Dorine Gombe. Aunt of Joab, Zakayo Ayuni, Rainer, Christabel among others. Nyiwenene are the late Persi Akech, Margaret Aloyo, Sophia Agumbi and Sylvia Ouko. Grandmother of Angela, Jackton, Eric, George, Odhis, Timotheo, Timmie, Earl, Sophie, Rosetina, Kevin, Dr. Sophy, Lorraine, Mitchelle, Effie and Cynthia.

The cortege leaves Jaramogi Oginga Odinga Teaching & Referral Hospital (Russia) Mortuary on Friday 7/7/2017. Burial will be on Saturday 8/7/2017 at her home in North Kapuonja, Rabuor illage. The requiem service will be presided over by the AIC Kunya Pastor.

Daughter of the late Mathew Wachare and the late Peris Nyambura. Loving wife of Simon Maina Kabuba. Mother of Peter Kabuba, Daniel Irungu (NIS), Philip Muruthi (AWF), Regina Nyambura, John Gachoka, Margaret Njeri, Virginia Wanjiku, Faith Wamucii, the late Penina Wairimu and Nancy Njoki. Sis:er of the late Wamucii, the late Wairimu, the late Gacoka, the late Cunji,Wanjeri,Waiyego and Muchiri. Loving and caring grandmother and great grandmother of many.

Family and friends are meeting daily at her home in Jumatatu Farm, Gathinde Village, Kabazi from 5.00 pm. The cortege leaves War Memorial Mortuary on Saturday 8th July 2017 at 8.00 am for funeral service at St. Paul’s ACK Church, Kabazi. Burial will follow thereafter at her home in Jumatatu Farm.
