Janet Njoki Maina

 1933 – 2017

It is with humble acceptance of God’s will that we announce the passing on of our beloved mother Janet Njoki Maina of Kabazi Ward, Nakuru County which occurred on Monday 3rd July 2017 at War Memorial Hospital.

Daughter of the late Mathew Wachare and the late Peris Nyambura. Loving wife of Simon Maina Kabuba. Mother of Peter Kabuba, Daniel Irungu (NIS), Philip Muruthi (AWF), Regina Nyambura, John Gachoka, Margaret Njeri, Virginia Wanjiku, Faith Wamucii, the late Penina Wairimu and Nancy Njoki. Sis:er of the late Wamucii, the late Wairimu, the late Gacoka, the late Cunji,Wanjeri,Waiyego and Muchiri. Loving and caring grandmother and great grandmother of many.

Family and friends are meeting daily at her home in Jumatatu Farm, Gathinde Village, Kabazi from 5.00 pm. The cortege leaves War Memorial Mortuary on Saturday 8th July 2017 at 8.00 am for funeral service at St. Paul’s ACK Church, Kabazi. Burial will follow thereafter at her home in Jumatatu Farm.
