Loving husband of the late Mama Benter Adhiambo Osewe.

Son of the late Mzee Jeremiah Okang’o Amok and the late Mama Mary Ochola. Father of Sabina Oyare, George Omondi Osewe, Rose Ndondo, Pamela Onyango, Jared Otieno Osewe, Henry Oywa Osewe, Mary Ocholla Osewe and Jeremiah Okang’o Osewe. Brother of Charles Ochien’g, Walter Adero, the late Edward Olang’o, the late John Omino, the late Jeconiah Owino, the late Alice Ayieko, Edwina Atieno, Hellen Aoko, Judith Adhiambo, Pamela Atieno, Patricia Awuor and Claris Mbowo. Cousin of Lawi Raburu, Peter Adhola, the late Samwel Ochieng, Joshua Angugo, Dunlex Otieno Oguso, the late Rev John Angugo Adero. Son-in-law of the late Henry Oywa Odenyo and the late Mama Rosa Awiti Oywa. Brother-in-law of James Ochieng, the late Alice Kwanzu, Evans Oywa, Jane Anyango and Nick Oywa. Father in law of Betty Kerubo Mogaka, Mary Night, Winnie Akoth Omollo and Mercy Lutuli.

Relatives and friends are meeting at his home in Karaten’g for funeral arrangements.

The cortege leaves Masaba Hospital, Kisumu, on 23rd June, 2017 at 2pm for burial on Saturday 24th June 2017 at his home in Nyabera village, Karaten’g.

 

It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Ruth Maiti M’Arimi which occurred on Monday 19th June 2017 in a tragic road accident at Athi River, Mombasa Road at 11.30am.

At the time of her death Ruth worked at MP Shah Hospital in Nairobi and was a student at Baraton University. She previously worked at Mater Hospital.

Ruth was the daughter of Gladys Nkuene M’Arimi of Ministry of Education in Meru. She was sister of Solomon Kahoro Mutembei, Joseph Murangiri, Brian Kimathi, Faith Kanana, Carol Muthoni, Rose Wanja and Richard Riungu.

She was sister in law to Sally Kimathi and Eunice Wambua and cousin to Michael Mutuma and Franklin Mureithi among others. Ruth was fiancee to Reuben Mwiti Mwithia of Kenyatta National Hospital and mother to Travis Mwenda Mwiti.

Family, colleagues and friends are meeting daily at 5.30pm at Tumaini House (next to KENCOM) in Nairobi, while those in Meru are meeting at Meru Prison Catholic Chapel Hall at 5.3Opm daily for burial preparation.

The cortege and procession left Aga Khan Hospital-Kisumu for a church service at St. Meshack Fellowship Church in Kisumu yesterday Thursday 22nd June 2017.

There was an overnight vigil at her residence…Posta Flats Kisumu.

The cortege and procession will leave today at 1pm to her Matrimonial home where the funeral Blessed and burial will be conducted tomorrow Saturday 24th June 2017.
