Loving husband of Florah Kajaira Ogada.. Father of Walter Mirimu Ogada of DBK, Carolyne Kavela and Isaac Nyaligu. Father-in-law of Mary Mbogani Mirimu of MOH, Nairobi and Leah Nyaligu. Son of the Late Laban Nyaligu and the Late Truphena Undisa. Brother of Manaseh Kesekwa, Margaret Kidwaro, the late Boaz Saganda, Femina Uzumba,Jonathan Mbaya, Ephraim Adwanyika and Florence Amusavi. Son in law of the Late Isaiah Udina and the Late Eunice Kageha. Brother-in-law of the late Jane Walumbe, Hellen Alividza, Margaret Lung’afwa, Samuel Madanga, and Everlyne Amadi and Uncle of many. Grandfather’of Tracy, Joel, Shakil, Ian, Brian, Kageha,Timothy and Sammy. There will be a fundraising to offset the medical bill and funeral expenses today, 2nd May2017 at Railway Club, from 5.30pm. Prayers will be held at Friends Church, Ngong Road on 4th May at I 0.00am. Thereafter, the cortege leaves for his home in Kolongolo Location, Kwanza Sub County, Trans Nzoia County on 4th April 2017 where he will be laid to rest on Saturday 6th May 2017.

Father of Mahenzo (MoH- Kwale County), Rehema (Huduma Secretariat), Mtawali
(Cron Solutions), Dzame (National-Treasury) Shukrani (UN-MAS) & Sidi. Brother-in-law of late Justin,Charo,Karisa,Tabu, Chengo and Rev. Mangi. Father-in-law of Victor

Brother of the late Grace, Caren, Florance, Dennis Abincha, Rose Lumumba, Veronica, Martin, the late Lydia, George, Enock, Robert, Chief, Josiah, Nimrod, and Jared Mosoti. Son-in-law of Nelson Aruga and Alice Nyanchama, brother in law of Victor, Samuel, Evans, Philes, Priscilla and Morara.
There will be a meeting of family and friends today, 2nd May 2017 at Finance House 5th floor starting 5.00pm for funeral arrangements.The main fundraising will be held on 3rd May 2017 starting 5 p.m at 680 Hotel.

He was born of Mzee Paul and the late KathrinaAgunda Okite of Kalkada Village, West Alego Location, Siaya County, step son of the late Anastasia Ochola. Son-in-law of Mzee Hanington and Isabella Ngesa of Nyapiedho Village, Sakwa, Bondo. Brother of late Veronica Awuor, Patricia Adhiambo, Dennis Okite and Julius Ochieng. On Friday 5th May 2017 at 3.45am, the body will depart for Alego Kalkada, Siaya County for Night Vigil and Prayers at his Father’s homestead in Kalkada Village. The  burial will be held on Saturday 6th May 2017 at his Father’s homestead in Siaya County.

Her Excellency Ambassador Margaret Wambui Kenyatta, CBS

1928 – 2017   We, the family of the late Her Excellency Ambassador Margaret Wambui Kenyatta, thank the Almighty God for the gift of ‘Cucu’, and for the quality time He granted us to share with her, the memories of Which we shall forever cherish in our hearts. We humbly wish to express our heartfelt gratitude and sincere appreciation to relatives, friends, neighbour and well-wishers for their presence, prayers, words of comfort, messages of condolence and expressions of love and support.
We acknowledge and give special thanks to His Excellency the President of the Republic of Kenya Hon. Uhuru Muigai Kenyatta, Her Excellency the First Lady Margaret Kenyatta and the entire Kenyatta and Muigai families for their support during this time. We also thank the funeral committee for guiding the funeral preparations and ensuring the best possible send-off for Cucu.
Our heartfelt thanks go out to Cucu’s former colleagues and friends, especially the ‘Ex-Afrique G’, the Kenya Girl Guides and the Trefoil Guild, for standing with us during thi trying period. We are truly grateful to the PCEA St. Andrews Church clergy; the PCEA District 20 members and the PCEA St. Andrews choir for leading the prayer meetings at her home and conducting her burial ceremony. Special thanks as well to Rev. Tom Otieno and Juja Preparatory School for their evening prayer session. We also wish to thank Cucu’s care givers and medical staff for the tireless and loving care they afforded to Cucu in the later years of her life and for making her comfortable up until her last day.
To all those who supported us during this time with essential services, particularly the Nairobi City County, the National Police Service, and the various hospitality service providers, please accept our deepest gratitude and appreciation.
We also appreciate the immense support of all those who travelled from far and wide to be with us as we laid Cucu to rest. Rahab Wambui Gakuru and Rev. Elizabeth Wanjiru Ngunyi. Mother-in-law of Rev. Beth Njogah, the late Peter Mutero, Margaret Njihia, Emma Thairu, Maina Kimani, Luke Wanjohi, Dr. Damaris Mwangi, Rev.
