He was son of the late Kipsoini Chemwor and the late Milca Jebande Chemwor. Father of the late Margaret, Mary, Rosebela, Marsha, Caroline, Cynthia, Lucy, Maria, Doreen, Emmanuel, Paul, Daniel, Stephen, Kimutai, Chebet, Fatum and Abraham. She is the daughter in law of the late Mzee Githinji Kimata and the late Hannah Wamuyu of Kagumo – Othaya, Nyeri County. Sister of Joash Mutali, Evelyne Naliaka, Joseph Mutoro, Marita Munyereti, Simon Robora, Florence Nekesa and Emily Khayanga.
