Mother of Stephen Karimi Waweru, Florence Nyawira, Fr. Josphat Mutugi Waweru, Faith Wanjiru, Nancy Wanjiku and Patrick Ngure Waweru. Grandmother of Robin, Esther, Alphonse, Trevor, Bakaja, Albert, Jackline, Nolan and Basil.
