it is with deep sorrow and humble acceptance of God’s will that we announce the passing of Joel Wandurwa Mugwe of Kiamabara Village, Konyu Location, Mathira Division at his home on 26th November 2016.
Devoted husband of Priska Wanjeri. Loving father of the late Benard Mwangi Wandurwa and the late Grace Waniiru Mwangi, Beatrice Wangari, Anne Gathoni Njau and Amos Ngotho Njau, Nancy Gathigia and Edward Muiruri, Rose Ruguru and George Githambo.
Son of the late Mugwe Mwangi and Watitu Mugwe. Son-in-law of the late Muhiki Wangai and Gonyo Muhiki. Brother of the late Munene Mugwe, late Charity Wangui and Muthai Mugwe.
Grandfather of Joel Wandurwa Mwangi, Micheal Githungo, Eric Mugwe, Joel Wandurwa, Kevin Njau, Maureen Njoki, Clement Kainiru, Norah Wambui, Priska Wanjeri, Dennis Kabira and Maureen Wangari. Great Grandfather of Grace Wanjiru and Kieran Mwangi. Brother-in-law, and uncle of many.
Family and friends are meeting at the family home in Kiamabara, Karatina, and at Tumaini House 5th floor opposite Kencom in Nairobi from 5.30 pm.
The cortege leaves Jamii Funeral Home in Karatina on 6th December 2016 for a funeral service at PCEA Kiamabara Church at 10 am followed by the burial at his family home.

It is with humble acceptance of God’s will that the Teachers Service Commission announces the death of Murithi Nyaga of TSC Unit,Tharaka South Sub County on 25th November 2016.
Son of Richard Nyaga and Charity Nomba. Loving husband of Judy Karimi, Father of Martin Mwenda of Igoji TTC, Rogers Munene of Kabianga University and Agnes Kendi of Kiini Girls’ High School. Brother of Festus Nyaga, Eliphas Njue, Mrs Janet Njagi and Mrs Kanini Mboya. Cousin to many.
Friends and relatives are meeting daily at his home in Nthambo village, Meru South Sub County for funeral arrangements.
The cortege leaves PCEA Chogoria Hospital Mortuary today 02/12/2016 for burial at Nthambo Village, Meru.
May God rest his soul in eternal peace. 

 

1st Anniversary 
It’s two days to one year since you departed to be with the Lord.
We wish you could have stayed forever but we will never forget you dear.
The vacuum your demise created is so wide. However we take solace in the wisdom and uncommon sense, love, kindness, forthrightness, integrity and forbearance all of which you bequeathed to us.
You were an amazing man, above and beyond being a loving son, husband, father, brother, a friend and our hero. Fondly and forever remembered by your wife, children, parents, siblings, grandmother, uncles, aunts, cousins, relatives and friends whose lives you touched.
There will be a memorial mass at his home ground, Bogeka Gesoni, Mosocho division on Saturday 3rd December, 20 I 6 starting from 10am.
We thank God for the life and times we shared with you. Almighty God, may you grand him eternal life, till we meet again.

Beloved husband of Susan Njoki Waruingi (formerly of Ndumberi Primary School) and Pauline Njoki Kang’ethe (UK). Father of Nicholas Kang’ethe & Flora Kang’ethe, Rita Wangui, Andrew Mwaura, Patrick Kang’ethe and Anthony Kibigo. Grandfather of Nigel Waruingi, Nadia Njoki and Nantai Malika. Brother of Stephen Njao, Hannah Wamwere, Josephine Njeri, Elizabeth Njoki, Penninah Wambui, Leonard Kung’u and Robert Kabati. In-law to the Muchina’s, the Mwaura’s and the Indeche’s.
Family and friends are meeting daily at his Kamuthi residence off Kamiti Road from 4pm. Prayers and meetings are also being held at All Saints Cathedral-Nairobi on Thursday 1st and Friday 2nd December, 2016 from 5.30pm.
The cortege leaves K.U. Mortuary on Wednesday 7th December, 2016 at 8am for funeral service and burial at the family home in Gituamba,Ting’ang’a, Kiambu County.

Daughter of the late Josphat Muteti Kyele and late Susan Kavendi Muteti. Wife of the late David Lemejuli Muyaa. Mother of Eric and Nicholas Lemejuli. Mother- in-law of Fidelis Wanjiru. Grandmother of Samantha Ndunge. Sister of Peninah Mukulu, Mary Mulandi, Mwelu, the late Ndanu, Queen, Nundu, Ngene and Iturnbe, the late Isenge and the late Ndambuki. Sister-in-law of Daniel K.
