It is with great humility and acceptance of God’s will that we announce the passing on of Mzee Nahashon Mwebi Ombui on 28th November, 2016 after a short illness. He was former KTDA Director, Nyansiongo. Son of the late Enos Ombui, and Rebecca Bosibori. Husband of Esther Bosibori and Father of Wycliff Mwebi. Brother of Yunes, Obiero, Bosire, Hebisiba, Nyambane, (Egerton), Sarah, Martha, Florence, Miriam, Alice, Prof. Ombui (UoN), Richard Ombui (UoN), Margret, Rose, Ruth (UoN), Oseko (Busia County), Daniel Bogonko (KPLC).
Uncle of Ben, Dennis, Hilary, Walter, Horace, Justin, Zablon, Oseko, Edwin, Emma, Irene, Mogere, Nyangena among others.
Cousin of Monari, Bosire, Nyambane, Julius, Jane, Nyakang’i, Nyabwaris’ and others.
Brother-in-law of Teresa, Florence, Grace, Mary, Alice, Rosemary, and Maurine, Mogeni, Moriasi, Mabeya, Aminga, Machuki among others.
Relatives and friends are meeting daily at Garden Square Restaurant Nairobi from 5pm and at his home at Riakumba Village, Gesima Location Nyamira County for funeral arrangements.
Main fundraising will take place at the Professional Centre, Room CC on Tuesday 6th November 2016 from 5pm. Those unable to attend can kindly send their contributions to M-pesa number 0718-883480.
The cortege will leave Star Hospital eortuary Kisumu on Thursday 8th December 2016 for his home at Riakumba Village, Gesima Location, Nyamira County for burial on Friday 9th December, 2016.
