Samuel Odhiambo Musa

It is with great sorrow and humble acceptance of God’s will that we announce the untimely passing on of Samuel Odhimbo Musa,  of the Ministry of Devolution and Planning, after a long struggle with sickness. He went to be with the Lord on November 3rd 2016.
Son of the late Mzee Musa Nyadenda of Kakiimba Clan and Caren Atieno (Nyapolo) of Mfangano Wakula Village.
Husband of Judith Achieng, Father of Carlvin O. Musa (Eastleigh Boys’ High School), Brian Omondi Musa (Scholar Academy) and Cynthia Atieno Musa (Embakasi Girls’). Brother of the late Charles Lule Musa, Adoyo Daniel Nyadenda (ICT consultant), Knight, Achieng, His I Uncles are Stephen Ochieng Nyadenda, Oyako Nyadenda, Maurice Agwaro, Kings Agwaro, Philemon Agwaro, James Agwaro.
Cousins are Ken Agwaro, Peter Agwaro, Jim Agwaro (KRA), Felix Kagungu (KRA), Asken Agwaro (Barclays Bank), Walter Oyako, Valley Ochieng, Irine Ochieng, Rose Odondi, Aunties are Rosemary Omogi Owuor (Nyagwaro), Miriam Abonyo Ojuok and Margret Adongo.
The cortege leaves Chiromo Mortuary for his Ndhiwa Home on the 2nd December 2016. Burial is on the 3rd December, 2016 at his home in Ndhiwa Pala Village.

Julius Mbobua M’Ringera

It is with humble acceptance of God’s will that we announce the death of Julius Mbobua M’Ringera after a long illness bravely borne.
Son of the late Joseph M’Ringera and the late Sarah Kanyua. Loving husband of Margaret Munyange.
Father of Nanice Nkirote Kimathi (Principal Katheri Girls), Joseph Kithinji (MKI Katheri Centre), Dr Mary Mungania (Kenyatta National Hospital) and Geoffrey Kinoti (Kinoti & Kibe Co. Advocates Nairobi).
Brother of Evangeline Nkanachi, the late Johana Kiambi, Monica Manyara and Lucy Kaaria. Father- in- law of Christopher Kimathi (SCDE Tigania East), Doris Kithinji (M.K.I Katheri Centre) and Jane Kinoti (Office of the Director of Public Prosecutions).
Grandfather of Denis Murithi Kimathi, Benard Kirimi Kimathi, Lindsay Karimi Kinoti and Amy Nkatha. Great grandfather of Kimathi Murithi.
Family and friends are meeting daily at his home in Kiruanyi village Meru County for prayers and planning. There will also be a meeting on Wednesday 30th November at St. Andrews Church (Rm. 3) Nairobi from 5pm. The Cortege leaves Meru Funeral Home on Saturday 3rd December 2016 at 8am for funeral service at Methodist Church of Kenya Kiruanya which will be followed by internment at his home.

Zachariah Ahuda Lihumbazi

April 5, 1960 – November 6, 2016

It is with humble acceptance of God’s will that we announce the death of our beloved father Zachariah Ahuda Lihumbazi HR Mama Lucy Kibaki Hospital which occurred on 6th November 2016 while undergoing treatment at Nairobi West Hospital.
He was the son of the late Simion Lihumbazi and the late Hannah Masitsa. Loving husband to Ruth Kamonya Ahuda. Father to Robert Mudashi, Cynthia Muhati, Erick Mmani, Alex Malongo and Vivian Masitsa. He was guardian to Everlyne Masitsa and the late Gabriel Madegwa. He was father in-law of Meshack Muthiani and grandfather of Bravin Musili. He was brother of the late Haron, Khasiayi, Isaak Monyani, the late Esther Khavere, Jessica Mmwenje, Rose, late Ebby, late Aggrey, Milka, Hedrick and Wilberforce.
The cortege leaves Chiromo Funeral Parlour on 30th November 2016 at 2pm for a church service in Umoja PAG Church. The burial will take place on Saturday 3rd December at his home in Muyere village, Muhudu sub-location, Shaviringa location, Vihiga County.

Jane Kariti Wanyoike

1938 -25/11/2016 

It is with deep sorrow and acceptance of Gods will that we announce the demise of Jane Kariti Wanyoike of Gitura Gaichanjiru, Kenol, Murang’a County.
Daughter of the late Guchu wa Kahu and the late Alice Wanjiku. Sister of the late Phyllis Wairimu, Late Martha Wanjiru and the late Ndung’u Kahu.
Wife of Wanyoike Kiboco. Mother of the Late Peter Kiboco, the late David Guchu, John Gitau, Mary Wanjiru, Wilson Ndung’u, Duncan Kabuthi and Alice Wanjiku. Mother-in-law of the late Esther Wangari, Salome Wamaitha, Jerusa Wambui, Jedidah Muthoni, Gladys Nyawira, George Kiguru. Grandmother of many and a great grandmother.
Family and friends are meeting for prayers and funeral arrangements at her home in Gitura Kenol Murang’a. Cortege leaves KU Mortuary on 2/12/2016 at 8am for a funeral service to be held at ACK Karigu-ini Church (Kagia Road) and later burial will take place at her home.

Charles Malika Kyengo

1962- 2016 
It is with acceptance of God’s will that we announce the promotion to glory of Charles Malika Kyengo – Head teacher-Kyamuata Primary School which occurred on 23rd November, 2016. Son of Kyengo Muoka (late) and Alice Katuu .Beloved husband of Teresia Malika ( Teacher Makongo Primary School).
Father of Dominic Muthama, Sylvester Mutuku, Emaculate Nthenya,Titus Mutie and jacinta Minoo. Brother of Stephen Musesya, Syokwaa, Katula (late), Mary Kioko, Sabbeth, Bernard Kiilu and Robis. Brother in-love of Benson Kithuku, Mutuku, Mathew Mutuku and Maei (late) Puline Ngina, Katilo, and Hellen.
Family and friends are meeting at his home Kyakavi village, Thome Hotel – Mukuyuni and Garden Square Nairobi daily from 6pm.
The cortege leaves Montezuma Funeral Home Machakos on Thursday morning 1st December 2016.
A funeral service will be held at Makongo Catholic Church starting at 10am and burial will thereafter follow at his home Kyakavi Village, Makueni County.

We regret to announce the death of Regina Nyawira Matheri. Wife of Joseph Matheri Karoki of Gathaithi, Chehe location, Nyeri County.
Daughter of the late Ernest Kiura Ngahu and late Wangui Kiura.
Niece of Nyakirangi and Nyagaki (Othaya). Sister of Njoki, Njeri, Ngahu and late Kerigo.
Mother of late Peter Mwaniki and Jane, Rosemary Muriuki (Lands) and late Peter, Engineer GPK Matheri (UoN), Ann Matheri (TSC), Thomas Muriuki (MET) and Margaret, Patricia Wagichugu (NIBS), Patrick Ngahu and Pauline and Boniface Ngari and Mary. Grandmother of 20, great grandmother of 2; aunt of many.
Prayers and funeral arrangements are on going at her family home, Kiangumara village.
The cortege leaves Nyeri Funeral (Outspan) on Wednesday December 7 2016 at 8am for a funeral service to be held at St Anthony of Padua Catholic Church (Gathaithi) at 11am. Burial takes place thereafter at her family home.

It is with humble acceptance of God’s will that we announce the passing on of Mr. Ben Cheboi which occurred on 22/11/2016 at Nakuru War Memorial Hospital. Son of the late Daniel Cheboi and Magdalene Talai of Saos, Baringo County. Husband of the Late Damaris Jebet Cheboi. Father of Joan jebiwott (Karatina University), Jean Jepkorir (Moi University) and Joy Jerop (Hill School Eldoret). Brother of Sammy, Abubakar, Clara, the Late Lydia, Late Kiplagat, Damaris, Kibet & Kiptoo. Son-in-law of Ayub Cheruiyot and Eunice Kipkoech.

Daughter of late Zachary Wainaina Njubiri and late Wangu Wainaina. Sister of Ruth Thoni Karebe, Late Isaac Gathitu,Late Stanley Nyoro and Late Njubiri Wainaina.
Mother of Mary Kamau of National Irrigation Board, Mathew Ngigi, Late George Wainaina, Jecinta Wanjiru of Mang’u High School, Agnes Njerl Rugongo – Treasury and Margaret Gathoni. Adelaide Wanja Njue

It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Adelaide Wanja Niue which Occurred  in England on November 21 2016 after a battle with illness.
Daughter of John Njue Njagi former director of operations and PPO Nairobi and Julie Njue – formerly of provincial commissioner’s office Nyeri.
Sister of Eric Njue (Delmonte), Peter Gitonga (KDF), Kennedy Njeru (National Bank), Mariam Gitonga (Nairobi).
Niece of jemimah Njoki (Ministry of Health), Jane Njeri (Kenya Police),Virginia (African Apparel EPZ). Aunt and cousin of many others.
Friends and relatives are meeting at Jam Rescue Hotel (Along Jogoo Road) opposite Makadara Railway Station on Wednesday, Friday and Sunday from 5.30pm for preparation to repatriate the body back to Kenya and burial at her parent’s home in Nyahururu.

The date of funeral will be announced at a later date.

The cortege leaves Umash Mortuary on Thursday December 1, 2016 at 10am, thereafter funeral service and burial at Lang’ata Cemetery from 11am on the same day.
