It is with heavy hearts and humble acceptance of God’s will that we the Kapsing’ore family announce the sudden passing of Julius Kiprotich Kiptoo on 7th November, 2016 at St. Luke’s Hospital, Eldoret.
He was the County Surveyor, Turkana and formally a Surveyor at KVDA.
Son of ClIr. John arap Koross and Mrs. Jane Koross. Son in law of the late Mr and Mrs Gideon Gakuru. Loving husband of Mercy Kiptoo (Posta Eld). Father of Jeruto Sigei, the late Dennis Kiptum, June Siakwei and Karren Moggyo. Father in law of Kiplang’at Sigel. Brother of Dr. Kiptoo (UOE), Catherine (Nkr), Kandie (Ktl), Enoch (CBK), Koross (KPC), Kirui (Matharu), Kibiwott (Soy), the late Kibet and Cheruiyot (KPLC). Uncle of Bernard, Mwadime, Lorraine, Bryan, Timon, Rayna,Tevin, Linda among others.

Friends and relatives are meeting daily for prayers and burial arrangement at his home in Kapsoya Estate Eldoret.
The cortege will leave Moi Teaching and Referral Mortuary on Friday 11th November
2016 at 2.00 pm for an overnight vigil at his home.
The funeral service will take place on Saturday 12 November 2016 at his Illula home.

Funeral arrangements are being held at his home, Maendeleo Village, near Thiba Primary School, Mwea.
The cortege leaves Kenyatta University Funeral Home on Wednesday 16th November 2016 at 7am followed by a Celebration Service at Wang’uru Stadium.
The body will be laid to rest at Kenya Redeemed Church, Maisha Kamili, Ngurubani.

The body of the late is lying at Montezuma Monalisa Funeral Home, Nairobi.
Friends and relatives are meeting daily at his Kisii-Nyamataro residence, Kisii Hotel, Nyabite home and Nairobi (City Hall) between 5:30pm to 8:00pm for prayers and funeral arrangements.
