Pius Maina Kamau

It is with humble acceptance of God’s will that we announce the death of Pius Maina Kamau of Karen, Dagoretti Road (Kwa Nyasi), Nairobi.

He is the beloved son of the late Joseph Kamau Kinuthia and Philomena Wanjiru Kamau of Karen, Dagoretti Road (Kwa Nyasi), Nairobi.

Devoted husband of Judy Wairimu Maina. Loving father of Wanjiru Maina, Wambui Maina and Kamau Maina.

Cherished brother of Robert Wainaina Kamau, Edward Mbugua- Kamau and Frida Njeri Kamau. Caring uncle of Lucille Wanjiru Wainaina, Liam Kamau Wainaina, Aziza Wanjiru Mbugua and Habiba Nyambura Mbugua all of the USA, Lilian Wambui, Kennedy Maina and many others.

Son-in-law of Edward Maina Njuguna and the late Grace Wambui Maina and Brother-in-law of Timothy Njuguna, Veronica Wanjiku and others.

Nephew of the late Dominic Mbugua Kinuthia, the late Michael Kibaki Kinuthia, the late Gathoni Kinuthia, the late Virginia Njoki Kinuthia, Mrs Njeri Karogo of Mob and others. He was also the nephew of Joe Samson Karanja, the late John Karanja Karungu, Michael Karanja Karungu, the late Zachary Karanja Karungu among others. He was a beloved cousin to many.

Family and friends are meeting at his Karen, Dagoretti Road (Kwa Nyasi) home for prayers from Monday 26th January to Wednesday 28th January at 5pm.

The cortege leaves Nairobi West Hospital on Thursday, 29th January at 8:30am for the funeral service and burial at his Karen, Dagoretti Road (Kwa Nyasi) home at 10am.
